Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, your deposit will be applied towards your next appointment. For cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. No-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service/s.
